The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) in Karlsruhe, together with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), is organising the NuSkills Winter School, a 6-day in-person training opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in nuclear research.
Education and training are priorities for the European Commission and a key part of EU policy. The NuSkills Winter School responds to the urgent need to develop new skills and competences in the nuclear field, showcasing innovative activities in nuclear science while highlighting the role of research at the interface of science and policy.
Participants will benefit from access to JRC’s unique research infrastructure, receive insights into diverse nuclear career paths, and engage in interactive sessions with experts from leading institutions and industry.
