ESTA intends to support the provision of higher education and training for human resources needed for developing and exploiting the Small or Advanced Modular Reactors foreseen to be built in Europe.

ESTA is built on 4 pillars:

• Romania

Based on the concept “from operators – to regulators” since its aim is to respond to HR needs at all levels.

We aim to bring together different technologies and support the whole society that needs to integrate such a concept or that needs to switch from another technology to
