{"id":2304,"date":"2020-04-07T17:58:50","date_gmt":"2020-04-07T15:58:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/enen.eu\/?p=2304"},"modified":"2020-04-07T19:15:57","modified_gmt":"2020-04-07T17:15:57","slug":"meet-cinch-hot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/enen.eu\/index.php\/2020\/04\/07\/meet-cinch-hot\/","title":{"rendered":"MEET-CINCH new training course on Radiochemistry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<!--more-->The course takes place at the Jo\u017eef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana, Slovenia, on December 9 \u2013 13, 2019.<\/p>\n<div id=\"c60\">\n<div class=\"header\">\n<div class=\"ce-textpic ce-center ce-above\">\n<div class=\"ce-bodytext\">\n<p>The main objectives of the Training are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to get familiar with the radiochemical analysis of alpha, beta and gamma emitters by radiometric techniques<\/li>\n<li>to gain understanding of basic principles of radiochemical analysis<\/li>\n<li>to get familiar with alpha, beta and gamma spectrometry<\/li>\n<li>to be able to understand radiochemical analytical procedures and apply them on practical problems<\/li>\n<li>to gain practical skills of working in radiochemistry laboratory<\/li>\n<li>to gain practical skills of handling radioactive materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Hands-on training consists of an e-learning component and a practical session. The e-learning component comprises approximately of 20 hours of study and on-line quizzes and is to be completed in advance of attending the practical hands-on training session. A budget exists to support the travel costs of participants. We would like to encourage you to apply for the funds via the Travel Fund.
