It has been used by UPC for its Master&#8217;s course programme in Nuclear Engineering and is several training activities.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]The\u00a0<strong>author\u00a0<\/strong>is\u00a0<strong>Prof. Ph.D. Ing. Javier Dies<\/strong>, Commissioner of the Spanish Nuclear Safety Council, and Professor Chair in Nuclear Engineering, at the Technical University of Catalunya-BarcelonaTech (UPC), currently on special leave. Previously, he has been Vice President European Nuclear Education Network, ENEN, from 2013 to 2016; and Vice Dean of the School of Engineering of Barcelona, ETSEIB-UPC, from 1995 to 2002. It is the result of an extensive international collaborative effort involving five working groups with about 180 experts from 42 Member States with and without nuclear power programmes and several international bodies.
